Atmanirbhar is a free-to-download habit tracker app that helps you plan and track your habits. It can help you keep track of all the habits you want to form, as well as the actions you need to take to achieve them.
For example, if you want to start exercising, you can create a goal that says you need to exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes each. The app will then prompt you to create a task that says you need to schedule an exercise session for yourself every Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
The app will then keep you motivated by giving you progress reports, and you can even compete with your friends to see who’s the most productive.
